Orders

We aim to pack your order within 24hrs of receiving. Our team work hard around the clock to have orders dispatched 24-48 hours after confirmation, Please allow up to 2-5 Business days for custom orders to be fulfilled.

Orders made over weekends or NZ public holidays will be packed & dispatched the following Monday or next business day.   

We will remain in contact with shipment company & do our best to make sure your package arrives to you safely and as quickly as possible. Some rare shipment delays within courier company are out of our control, Please contact carrier directly with tracking number for most recent updated information and location status. Once package is with courier it is no longer within our responsibility.

Khaos Kouture offers shipping Within New Zealand & Internationally! 

For all local shipments within NZ We use NZ POST Overnight or 2-3 Business days.

For Australian orders we have 2 shipping options, DHL EXPRESS 1-2 Days & NZ POST 10-13 days.  

For International orders we use DHL EXPRESS 1-5 Days. 

SHIPPING PRICES

Overnight shipping Within Nz - $12.00 NZD

Australian NZ POST Shipping - $25 AUD

DHL EXPRESS Australia - $30 AUD

DHL INTERNATIONAL - $45 NZD

 

Additional charges for international orders

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country depending on order amount. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Khaos Kouture. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. If you are concerned please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.
